Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Studiostaying Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
